These are a few basic things you can wear every day to protect your skin.
Sunscreen
SPF 50, broad spectrum uva/uvb; Use every day
Long Sleeves
Keep those arms covered as much as possible
Broad-brimmed Hat
On the head is better than in the hand. Wear as often as possible.
