In
August 2004 we
changed the gravel in the front walk to a heavier, more definitive
pebble. This picture shows the new pebble in the foreground and
the old gravel in the background. We no longer have the problem
of bits of gravel blowing onto the flagstone. It was a very big
job to remove the old gravel, get the new pebbles at the landscape
supply company, and put them in place. Mercifully, it is not something
we will do often.
